​How Do I Place An Order?​

Placing an order with us is easy and fast! Simply add all interested items in your cart and follow the simple checkout system! Enter your info, make payment and we'll get your order processed! How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?​

We strive to safely pack and accurately ship your order as fast as possible! We can typically ship out all orders next day but can occasionally require up to 4 business days to process and ship orders. We ship all orders via USPS and will automatically update you with tracking and delivery confirmation! Most order take anywhere from 1-4 business days to process and 2-7 total business days to arrive to you! All credit card and personal information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases.

Refunds & Returns

Items purchased from Toyhideout.com can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days. You must contact us in order to obtain a return authorization, we are not responsible for items returned without prior authorization. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. Items being returned for a refund must be in their original, brand new sealed package and returned in the condition in which they were shipped out. Once an item is opened we are no longer able to accept a return at all. If the item is defective we will need immediate proof to forward and obtain a replacement. If replacement is not available, store credit will be issued towards future purchase. If package arrives damaged we will need pictures showing the level of damage in order to process a parcel damage claim. Please keep in mind returns will not be allowed for minor damage to outer package, we do not guarantee mint box items. Small outer package flaws with no damage to the items inside are not considered a damaged shipment and the package does not qualify for parcel insurance or damage return claims. Previously Displayed Items

We sell brand new as well as previously displayed collectibles and there is definitely a difference. Previously displayed items will show signs of previous use such as light wear or marks due to being opened and displayed. We don't sell used or played with toys, only previously displayed by adult collectors. There will be nothing missing or physically wrong with the item unless specified in the item description. These are perfect to open and display and are a great way to get the same item for a lower price. We pride ourselves on personally inspecting and ensuring there are no issues or problems with the item before it is shipped out. Please keep this in mind when considering a purchase of a previously displayed item, these do not fall under the same return policies as brand new items. Double Selling

Due to the nature of our business and the limited supply of inventory on items, double selling can happen. We sell our items across several platforms including this website, eBay, our retail shop as well as conventions and unfortunately the double sale of an item can occur. As much as we try to update all platforms as soon as an item is out of stock, there are times when an items sells on two different platforms before we can make that update. In the event of a double sale we will notify you immediately with your options. We can try to acquire a prompt replacement, suggest another item or issue you an immediate and full refund. We thank you for your understanding on this and appreciate your patience if it does unfortunately happen with your order.
